Rock of Ages Traditional Cache
debaere: This one has gone missing again. Given that it has been muggled several times, and according to Caldwell County GIS is actually location on private property, I am going to archive this sucker and free up space along the greenway for future caches.

This is now a small ammo can hidden on one of the nicest parts of the Lenoir Greenway, located in the Lower Creek area of Caldwell County. The coordinates were taken with a +/- 28 ft EPE. Due to thick tree cover and steep hill, reception could be spotty at times. I'll try to keep a check on the coordinates and get a closer reading to average in.
Parking can be found in the main parking of the Lenoir Greenway on Powell Rd. Additional parking can be found at the T. Henry Wilson Athletic Park on Powell Rd. Parking at the Athletic Park will be a shorter walk than parking at the Greenway lot. This cache should not be too difficult to find, but it is hidden completely from sight. You can walk the paved trail to within 50 ft of the cache. Be careful approaching the cache as the ground becomes somewhat steep. Also watch for the usual poison ivy, snakes, and briars.
