JerryMonkey: I finally got back here to check on the cache. Unfortunately the area has changed a bit... There's a lot of leaves covering the hiding area. I couldn't recognize my hiding spot and searched, but couldn't find the cache. Thanks to all who visited!

This cache is hidden in front of Coindre Hall on Huntington Harbor. This is a great county park that especially caters to dog owners. Plenty of trails to stroll and a nice pier down the hill if you feel like fishing.

You're looking for a small lock-n-lock hidden near an interesting stone structure.
