Philbrook Traditional Cache
Blucruz: Cache has been muggled. I guess they wanted the AMMO can as the contents were still there strewn around the area.
I'll replace it with a new cache in a slightly different area.

Welcome to Philbrook Lake!
This is a water storage lake operated by PG&E. There is a
boating, fishing, camping and great 4x4 and hiking trails all
around this area. During the winter this lake is nearly drained as
they use the water to power DeSabla Powerhouse via the flume that
flows along parts of the Skyway to DeSabla Lake above Magalia. We
stay here a coupe times of year and always have a great time. Check
out Narly Tree(GC7FB1)and Under the Cross(GCGKFM)which are also in
