Yesterday, we decided that we have to hide some caches - so we
prepared three without having a clue where to hide them. The result
is a series of three caches hidden on Long Tom Pass between Sabie
and Lydenburg, called Don't Know Where, Don't Know When, and Don't
Know Why.
A roadside cache, quick and easy scramble from the parking waypoint
below. Be careful crossing the busy road, and follow the fenceline
to the cache.
The cache contains a few goodies to trade, and a variety of caching
bits and pieces, like logbooks, ziploc's, pencils, containers, etc.
Feel free to help yourself.
When returning from the cache, you will see a large cross on top of
the hill behind your car, and an inscription. There are several of
these crosses in the Lowveld, one of which is on Cache Koppie near
Nelspruit.
