Located near a State historical marker
The marker here tells of the Savidge Brothers who flew heavier than
air aircraft soon after the Wright Brothers did. This is probably
wheel chair accessable since since you can park within feet of
cache. Container is a small capsule and you'll need your writing
"tool".
