This should be a relatively easy find, but it takes you to a great view (hopefully it won't be blocked by new homes soon).
This is in a "Pocket Park" in Erie, CO. This is easily accessible via a concrete path which takes you to the edge of a neighborhood looking out over Boulder and the mountains. I guess at some point (soon?) this pathway will connect to a new neighborhood which hopefully won't completely wreck the view.
Though it was cloudy the night I cached it, my GPSr says the coordinates are within 7.5' and google earth concurs.
Original cache includes a log, pencil, small caribiner, and a glow in the dark cockroach. That is about all it can hold.
