Cache is an ammo can a short drive off Hwy 99 with nearby parking.

This cache is located across the street from where Bakersfield City's and Kern County's Bravest train. If you come during the day you will get to see the new recruits learning the tools of the trade, and running "Da' Tower" when they screw up.
