The theme of this event is Halloween. There will be
trick-or-treating for the kids, a costume contest, some new
caches,and much more. We will also be having a raffle for some cool
prizes. You may bring a donation for the prize table if you
wish.
Below is the schedule of the day.
12:00 pm - Event sign in
12:30 pm - Introductions
12:45 pm - Closest to the pin game
1:30 pm - Lunch
3:00 pm - Most creative snack contest
3:30 pm - Special kid's cache and trick-or-treating for the
kids
4:30 pm - Costume contest (everyone is able to participate)
5:00 pm - Raffle drawing and prizes awarded for contests
5:30 pm - Event coins will be sold
All day - moon walk
We will be providing grilled hotdogs, hamburgers, and bottled water
for everyone. If you would like, please bring a dish to pass for
the potluck. Below are suggestions for what you may bring, based on
the first letter of your last name.
A-E Veggies/dip or fruit/dip
F-J Pop
K-O Desserts
P-T Potato/pasta or other salads
U-Z Snacks
We are having an event coin made that will be sold for $8.00
each. The coins will be sold at the event and it is 1 per person
until everyone who wants one has one. Below is a picture of the
coin.
UPDATE-9/2/06-Warren Parks and Rec donated a
moon walk for the day!!!
A donation jar will be out to help defray costs for this event. Any
monies collected over the cost of the event will be donated to the
South East chapter of MIGO.
