Those are the entrance to the Ellen Farrant Bike Path, which is owned by NYSDOT. The coordinates of the cache are in the puzzle below. Be prepared for a bit of a stroll, and some bushwacking in high grass at the end.

FTF gets a somewhat worn 1919-S Mercury dime.
