You can find the treasure on the top of the Kozia Góra mountain (686 m) in Bielsko-Biala. Reach the youth hostel on Kozia Góra and then go east about 400 m. If you reach the highest point of the east part of the hill then look for a tree with two blue stripes. The treasure is hidden on the other side of the path. It is the highest point of the east side of Kozia Góra.
The cache is hidden in a box which contains a logbook, pencil and something else.

There is now logging work (cutting the trees) around the cache, so I hope that the workers will not destroy the treasure.
Additionally, if you ask in the youth hostel, they will show you a place with a nice view on Bielsko-Biala.
