Geocache Description:


This cache is one of a series of caches for the Jeep to Keep event to be held on 8/6/2006. This ones is a large Ammo box, there is a new green Jeep to Keep as the FTF prize.

This is a interesting place where you can see that a lot of mining activity took place. The bush over the cache is Cascara sagrada. Northern California Indians introduced this herb, which they called sacred bark, to 16th century Spanish explorers.
