Park in the lot for Kramer Park in Kent and take the footpath along the river to get to this cache site. The cache is about 20 feet off-trail. This cache was originally placed for the Fragglestock: Peace, Love & SerenityNow event on September 9, 2006.

It's hidden in the obvious spot for an ammo box to be hiding.
