This is an offset cache.
The posted co-ordinates will find you at a gold mining relic, typical of what remains of many similar constructions located throughout this city.
“Here” you will be searching for a micro Anti Gravity Device which contains the numbers required to guide you to GZ.
On arrival at “There”, a further search will reveal a 1L clip top box containing the usual log book, pen, items suitable for exchanging and hidden in a manner that will be familiar to most Geo searchers.
