Accessible from a side road just off of Highway 2. Not difficult to find.
You are looking for a clear plastic container with a screw top lid. While not small enough to call a micro cache, it only contains paper and pencil to record your visit. Could hold a travel bug if someone wanted to leave one. For safety reasons, park on the side road and not on the highway!
