This Cache should be a quick park and grab. You will need to watch for snakes and poison ivy though. The gates may be closed, this will not affect the ability to find the cache in any way sense you will not need to enter the gate at all.
This cache is located on the recently built University of Kentucky Letcher County Coop. Extension office property. The office supports the counties agriculture, family and consumer science, 4H, and numerous other needs. On the property they have an active honey bee hive area(dont worry it is not near the cache). They also have a small hiking trail to help teach wildlife and plant identification. It is not uncommon to see many different types of wildlife on the property such as Black Bear, Deer, and Wild Turkey. The Gate is only open during business hours, if you are in the area during this time be sure to check this area out. This cache was started with a log book and several trade items such as key chains, pens and pencils, post cards, and many other items.
