The walk to this cache is as long as you want to make it and it's all uphill. I suggest you wear long pants, long sleeved shirt & high-top boots for deep woods hiking, as well as take along a sturdy walking stick for the rough parts of the trail !

Choose wisely from one of these Starting Points:
#1: N47° 32.810' @ W122° 49.840'.
#2: N47° 33.100' @ W122° 49.680'.
#3: N47° 32.850' @ W122° 50.540'. |
PARKING: N47° 33.058' @ W122° 49.625'.
Please lock your vehicle and secure your valuables in the trunk! BTW, just because one or more of the above starting points is closer to the parking area or cache site, doesn't necessarily mean that's the easiest route to the cache.

NAVIGATION:
WP#1 - N47° 32.745' @ W122° 50.043' - Halfway!
WP#2 - N47° 32.963' @ W122° 50.031' - Almost!
Once you reach your destination and completely off-trail, you will be seeking an Ammo Can. BTW, bushwacking may be required, depending upon the route you have chosen to the cache.

NOTES:
If you are on a caching binge and want more caches, there are several more on Green & Gold Mountains to the East and many more to the South and North of here.
Please do not comment as to which route you used and how hard or easy it was to reach the cache site. This will keep things interesting for everybody. |
