Geocache Description:

There was a discussion at the Brits Are Here event concerning how Texans talk. This cache helps eveyone know how to correctly pronounce the PECAN tree and nuts. The container is smaller than a 35mm container and slightly larger than a bison tube.

This is located in the Richard Moya Travis County Park.

This is located in the pecan grove portion of the park. Please observe the signs and do not climb the trees. Its a nice part of the park to just walk around and enjoy the marvellous shade during warmer months.

Park Hours:

Sept. 16- Oct. 31, 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Nov. 1 - Feb. 28, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Mar. 1 - Apr. 30, 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
May 1 - Sept. 15, 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
