Don't pay the Ransom Traditional Cache
Deceangi: Rather than keep this cache temporarily disabled (which should only be used for shortish periods) I'm archiving it. If/when the cache is ever replaced I'll gladly unarchive it assuming it still meets the guidelines.

A short stroll up a hill, possibly over a stile and/or a stream to a decent viewpoint over Bedford and the surrounding area. Named after a small nearby wood.
The cache is to the south-west of Bedford near 'Wood End', parking is fairly limited by the footpath entrances but easy parking is just down the road in Wood End.
I'm afraid buggies and wheelchairs aren't really going to work for this one, and the path could get muddy in winter or after rain.
The cache is slighty away from the best viewpoint but you should find it really easily.
I hope you enjoy the view and if you would like there is a wood that you can walk through mantained by the woodland trust.
