This cache is placed in honor of Lindsychris reaching 1000 caches
and ended up being the big milestone itself. Way to go, guys! This
is a three stage multi, featuring pretty views of the lake with
just under a half mile round trip. The Peters Township Girl Scouts
have recently put some work into this trail, adding a bridge, bench
and scenery to the trailhead area.
The clues for the first two stages are very specific due to the
fact that they are microssss in the woods. The final is a 50 cal.
ammo can. Stage one is placed very near to the trailhead, so there
shouldn't be guessing involved as to how to start your
endeavor.
Also...the trail goes farther than the final stage. While the
rest of the trail still is on public property (you will notice
property markers everywhere), the proximity to backyards makes it
less conducive to caching. Feel free to explore the rest of the
trail.
