The Bee Keeper: Good afternoon,

We are now in to 2010 the cache has been disabled since June 2009. Despite a reminder from me in October this cache remains disabled. I am archiving the cache to allow others who may wish to set up any caches in the area.

If you should decide that you wish to maintain the cache in the very near future then please feel free to email me to discuss unarchiving should the guidelines still be met.

Geocache Description:

A TWO STAGE CACHE THAT SHOULD TAKE 30 MINS FROM CAR TO CACHE TO CAR OR 40 MINS IF YOU DO THE SUGGESTED CIRCULAR ROUTE

Suggested parking for this cache is at the official car park at Holford village n51 09 763 w003 12 657.turn of the a39 at Holford and follow signs to car park.

We have placed the first stage cache near a bench, for more than one reason you may need it!! The coords are above.

Once at car park walk away from tarmac road and take the wide track that vears left. When you get to the bench 1st cache is nearby, containing instructions for the final cache. No spoilers please.

Once at final cache if you continue onto the fire beaters and take the footpath left you will be on a circular route back to the village this does involve crossing a stream but the rope swing is optional. A recommended stop that welcomes walkers for tea and cakes (or something stronger) is the Combe House hotel, about 5mins from the stream and ten from the car park.

Cache holds log book and some swaps but no pen.
