Great view and only a little bit of mostly flat walking from here
to Morning Shade Cache. GCG6ZK 5/07 - consensus seems to be that
this should be listed as small. Sorry for any confusion.
This is your chance to get two MOCKBA caches. If you make it to
this one, you are so close to Morning Shade it would be a shame not
to get up to that cache. Additional Waypoints provided to help the
routefiinding. Once you leave the road for the trail it does get a
little steep. Make sure and enjoy the collection of Mountain
Mahogany in the vicinity and get a good start on Mockba's Pining
for Evergreens. GCJVJY.
The initial for that 5 stage multi is about a third of the way to
this cache and nearly half of the elevation gain. By the way,
Pining for Evvergreens will change how you think about Evergreens
and this first leg is the only real hike. The rest of the stages
are easy by comparison, which makes it one of the easiest Mockba's
around.
