Geocache Description:

A new bridge, an new park, and a new cache!

Cache is a small bottle, suitable for coins and other very small items. This park was created as part of the new Penn-Salem bridge project, replacing the old Penns Neck Bridge spanning the Salem River as it leaves Mannington Meadow. The new bridge, dedicated to Salem County veterans, replaces a very old and narrow drawbridge. Some of the gears from the old bridge have been used to create a very interesting display in the park created on the Salem side of the bridge. Enjoy the view from the bridge's footpath and as you walk around the park trail, and then check out the gears from the park's courtyard. Use extra stealth as you search in this very high muggle area, popular with local fishermen.
