This cache is to honor the local chapter of the American Red Cross... Three Rivers Chapters. The volunteers have been there to help in home fires, flood, swim training and CPR. Plus many other spots of human need.
This cache is a small metal container just out of sight. It is resting in the only spot where it can not be seen. Go fourth and find this cache and note the nice ARC buildings and radio antennas on the roof.
