A longer hike in the Ochoco National Forest to an elevation of 4980'. Some old roads to follow, pretty open country.
This cache will take you to the top of Salt Butte. So when you get out of your car look up and see if you still want to do it. There are two caches along the way you could find (GCXGTW and GCXTDR). Take water and if it's going to be a hot day, go early.
