Ohio State Parks will hold a Geocampout on September 22-23 2006 at Jefferson Lake State Park in Jefferson County, Ohio

Purpose: To show appreciation to all the geocachers who participated in the first Ohio State Park Cache Series and to those geocachers who just enjoy playing the game.

Event Description: Date: Sept 22-24

Place: Jefferson Lake State Park

This event is open to all geocachers. Only the geocachers that completed the entire series will get one night of camping FREE on Saturday September 24th. You must have completed the phrase and emailed it to me by Sept. 4th (Labor Day). For those of you who plan to camp on Friday or did not complete the challenge, you will have to self-register at the campout and pay the $16.00/night fee. THERE WILL BE NO ONLINE REGISTRATIONS THIS WEEKEND.

The event will kick off around 7:00 pm Friday night and will conclude Sunday morning. Throughout the event there will be a variety of geoevents. There will be a potluck dinner on Saturday night.

IMPORTANT: RSVP by September 20th by email and include the following information. This will help us prepare for the weekends events. Once you RSVP, I will email you the logistics and other info you may need to attend. Thank you.
