If you ever thought that you would like to be able to walk on water, then this cache will give you that chance. Just check out the cache location on the map at the bottom of this page. Yes it is plotted properly, and yes you can walk to it. Bring your camera and binoculars.
Park at coordinates N 45 38.113 W 062 43.920. From here, follow the trail. This is an easy relatively dry 750 meter hike to the cache. You may have the opportunity to see herons, ducks, geese, gulls, cormorants and other shore birds. If the trail is wet or muddy, you can park at N 45 37.858 W 062 44.215 for a dry flat walk that is a little longer.
The cache is a 2 litre plastic container with regular cache items.
