Geocache Description:

First stage is no longer a micro, second is approximately one quart container. I think it should be climate friendly.
Contents:
Stash note, Log Book, Two Pencils, Pencil Sharpener, Bicycle Bell, Bicycle Seat, Baseball, Softball, Tape,

Aprox. 1.5 mi total depending on which trails you choose. Stay on or near trails so that you don’t stray unto private property. Walk, bike or ski? Parts of these trails are in a Flood Plain. Use caution if flooded and if there is moving water stay out! There could be washouts and it could be undermined. Some areas are sensitive to erosion so choose your paths wisely.

The first location is no longer on a ski trail. The second is near a single file primitive trail.

Some classes at the college have put out some signs in the park that describe some of the natural history and geology of the area. Interesting but I’m not sure that I agree with all of it.

I wouldn’t recommend parking at the college until after the construction is completed. You can park at the City Park on the east side of the river.
