If you have anyone in your party with special needs,
please let us know so we can accomodate them.

There are over 50 new caches placed in and around Fayetteville for the event.

Tentative Itinerary

Early Bird Sign In 0930 (9:30am)
Lunch starts at 1300 (1:00pm) until it's all gone
Kiddie Cacher Run 1400 (2:00pm)
Kiddie Cache giveaway and Garmin Raffle 1600 (4:00pm)
Door Prize Giveaways ALL DAY

A team of willing cachers will be at the Airborne Control Point all day to assist any cachers who drop in. Our Welcome Table will feature pictures of the cachers that attended last year. If your picture is not on AE1 or AE2 and you would like to be included, simply post your pic on this page and we will print it out and include you.

Water, soda, snacks, and some great conversation will be available at the Airborne Control Point all day for everyone. "Lunch" will be hamburgers, hotdogs, chili, potato salad, baked beans, and dessert. If you want any other type of meat, just bring it along. We'll throw it on the grill for ya. If you feel like helping out a little, any snacks or desserts you bring will be greatly appreciated!! Yes, there will be tables with benches, but if you want comfort (or a guaranteed seat) bring your own chair.

The Kiddie Cache Run will start at the Airborne Control Point promptly at 1400 (2pm). There will be a kid friendly caching class first (including learning how to enter points into the GPS), then off the kids will go to find their targets! Each kiddie cacher will receive a special ticket for the Kiddie Cache giveaway.

There will be an extra special guest hanging out with us during the Kiddie Run.
You won't want to miss him.
(It wouldn't be a proper picnic without him! LOL)

All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to Give2theTroops.
Since December 2002, this organization has supported HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of deployed U.S. troops with loving care packages and letters from all over the nation. This was made possible only with the help of tens of thousands of generous and patriotic friends in the U.S. and abroad. This is the least we can do to show our troops how much we care about them. Our troops need to know that we support and appreciate the sacrifices they make for us, our families, and our future. This is about giving back to those who give all™

Hear Ye Hear Ye Hear Ye!!!!!! Hot off the presses!!!! Read all about it!!!!

Ok now that I have your attention. For the raffle, if you click on the link for "give2thetroops" and go to their link, then on the left side click on "Requested Items", you will see a list of the most requested items by Troops.
For everyone who brings one of the items on the list to donate to "Give2thetroops" I will give you (1) free raffle ticket and 5 event door prize tickets.

Thanks for your continued support. TH

Let's see if we can bust the record. AE1 had 215 TB's logged in. AE2 had 182!! How many can we get this year???
And as a reminder, please make sure each Travel Bug you bring and log into the event has it's mission with it. That will make swapping much much easier!
