September is the best time to visit this cache if you want to see the Autumn colors. It brightens as the month goes on to a very colorful months end. Then quickly fades away with the yellows of the Aspens and Cottonwoods highlighting as October continues. However, this is a beautiful area to visit anytime of the year. It is about 9 miles from I-15.
This is a Letterbox Hybrid so if you have a personel stamp and a log book bring it along. Stamp the caches log book with your stamp then stamp your log book with the cache stamp. Or just stamp your thumb print or sign the normal way. Please make sure the cache stamp, pad and log get back into the cache.
Caution!!! The cars and trucks are moving fast in this area so watch behind you as well as the cars coming at you as you pull off by the cache. Also I do not recommend doing any caches in the canyon in the winter. With snow on the ground it may not be safe.
