Good morning, Mr. Phelps. We recently uncovered a plot to undermine our country’s GPS national defense system. Information was being successfully moved and exchanged by their agents in a method developed and practiced by an underground culture known as Geocachers. Muggle agent 33 was responsible for supplying critical information. He was last seen inside the Mission Inn where contact was attempted with muggle agent 117. Ringing bells interrupted their meeting, and both fled the mission. Agent 117 escaped west towards Main St. Our agents pursued 33 eastbound where they last saw him running south from P193. Unfortunately, our tails lost sight of the agent for less than 1 minute. When our forces converged, they were only able to locate his body at GZ. They searched both 33 and the immediate area and were unable to discover any communications exchange paraphernalia. We fear that he was successful in placing the final plans for the plot. We understand his associate 117 is being sent to locate and recover the message so they can deliver the information and complete their plan prior to the next presidential election.
Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to locate the cache and intercept the message. Reception for signals is difficult at GZ. We know they are using new camo hides, never seen before. Difficulty is expected to be extreme. Due to the nature of this mission, pubic or private transactions related to hints may be intercepted and are forbidden prior to and following the FTF. As always, should you or any of your GC Force be caught or killed, the secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions. This tape will self-destruct in five seconds. Good luck.
