Geocache Description:

This one gallon size jug cache is located less than 20 feet off the "Overlook Trail" in the southern end of Evansburg State Park. There are 3 places to park your car: 1 - The official Park Parking Lot is accessed from Cedar lane. There you can get a map of Evansburg Park that shows the trail location at an unmanned information stand. 2 - Or park at the dead end at the intersection of Lewis and Winthrop Roads. Or 3 - Park at Hoy Park parking lot on Arcola Road. You can hike all but the last 20 feet on either old asphalt roads or Park trails. When you see a very large sycamore tree, you are close! Hunting is allowed in this area of the State Park. Wear orange and be careful during hunting season! Permission was obtained from the PA DCNR for the placement of this cache. You can go to the following website and review Park rules and view a Park map. http://www.dcnr.state.pa.us/stateparks/Parks/evansburg.aspx
