On the boundary of St. Germains Church Yard there is a tourist information board (above co-ordinates), this gives a brief outline of some local celebrities and their accomplishments.

The easiest way to the cache is directly through the graveyard and along the headland or beach this giving extensive views toward Tees Mouth and further north, weather permitting.
