Be Jolly--Go Fishing Traditional Cache
tumbleweed2: Wow! Had an opportunity to go check on this one today, and I can't believe how the area has changed due to flooding in the area over the last 2 years. The cache is no longer there, and the area doesn't present a good safe location for a replacement one at this time, so I am archiving it. It is still a good area to fish, as far as I can tell, if you can manage to get to the edge of the river to do so.

After almost having to log a DNF at a nearby micro cache, I decided
the area needed a larger one.
Cache is located long the Samish River at the Fishing Access at
the West end of Jolly Road. Container is an oval Camo'ed Rubbermaid
container (3X4X3"), with an FTF prize of batteries. Bring own pen.
As I left the area, via Fisherman Loop Road & CutThroat, a
beautiful double rainbow arched over the exit road. I knew this was
the perfect place for the cache.
May be inaccessible at times of VERY high water. Path can be muddy
and slippery. Parking and area is closed at dark.
Fellow cacher Square Bear has kindly agreed to "babysit" the cache
for me and if issues arise that I cannot attend to right away, you
can contact him, or me, and I will alert him to the situation.
Update: February 2008: Square Bear has moved from the area, so I am
looking for a local cacher to take over his duties of "cache
babysitter". If anyone is interested, please email me, tumbleweed2.
