A Bush by an Oak Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Nomex: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

Eaton Canyon Park, Altadena CA

You are looking for a 4x8x12 ammo box. The name of the cache is a clue to its hiding place. The challenge will be zeroing in on the exact spot, since the trails are covered with some light underbrush as you approach. Remember, this is rattlesnake habitat. I saw a big one on the day I hid it.

Initial contents:
$1 for "First to Find"
Logbook and pen
disposable camera - DO NOT REMOVE. Just take a picture of yourself with the cache.
1 Green Jeep travel bug
1 "Erik the Red" travel bug
1 Kansas Sunshine geocoin
1 Geocaching on the Equator geocoin
3 fireman action figures
2 fantasy action figures
1 die cast car
1 plastic motorcycle
1 green alien
1 "Tweety" air freshener
glow-in-the-dark stickers

Enjoy the cache and the park. Excessive bushwacking or trampling of the area is not necessary.
