The path to this cache is mostly gravel road and hard pack dirt. You must follow Thompson Park parking regulations and park in designated areas. The walk is about .5 miles round trip from the nearest parking area. The readings were taken at the edge of the trail, so you need to go about 6-10 feet South into the woodline. Watch for sharp sticks and branches, I don't want the kids to get poked.
Park hours are 7 am to 9 pm. Trust me, they do check and enforce these hours.

To claim a find, you must sign the logbook, and also add at least one sentence, you can add a paragraph or a chapter, to my storybook. I really like kids and other animals visiting me. Remember, I must stay in my cache with my storybook, so please don't take me away. My friend rojeel says he will add the story to the cache page (whatever that is) periodically.

Cache the puppy went for a little trip. He found a beautiful place named Thompson Park, so he decided to stay a while. He found a nice area near a golf course, so he could chase the stray golf balls. He also liked the nearby bench so he could sit with his geocaching friends who came to visit. Today he saw a deer and two squirrels near his home. He decided to go talk to them.
