Geocache Description:

You are looking for a cache on a spoil island in the banana river.

This cache is hidden on a spoil island in the banana river. The terrain rating has been raised due to the location of the island. There is no need to bushwack. This island is also home to a lot of nesting birds. DO NOT disturb them. You may want to check the local laws on when the birds are at there peak nesting season. There are no public boat ramps or parks within 3 miles. The closes boat ramp that I know of is on Patrick Air Force Base. It is 3.05 miles from the cache if you can enter the base I would suggest using it. If you can not legally enter the base the closest public boat ramp is located near GCN3AV.
