Geocache Description:

While I was visiting with the Beavers, they showed me a puzzle I had never seen before.
I was so impressed with the simplicity of the puzzle, I though I would share it with my fellow Geocachers.

Bles Park includes a 30-acre active park with soccer fields, walking/hiking trails, a tot lot, a parking lot and restrooms and a 94-acre passive park with wetlands that will contain sections of the Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail and Broad Run Corridor Trail. From Route 7 in Ashburn, take the Presidential Drive entrance into University Center, turn right onto George Washington Blvd., turn left onto Riverside Parkway and follow to Bles Park.

The location for this cache is another prime Beaver haunt. If you keep your eyes open you may actually see evidence of their presence ...

Each of the numbers from one (1) to twenty (20) appears only once in the puzzle. The row and column sums are equal to integers given on the bottom and the right side of the table.

Solve the puzzle to get the actual coordinates. The solution uses the typical dd mm.mmm format and I will even be generous and start you off with a few digits.

39 AB.CDE 77 VW.XYZ

After you have solved the puzzle, the remaining digits in the coordinates can be found using the grid's column and row headings to identify each internal square and using the following formulae:

A = D3 - (A2+C4+C3)
B = (B1) / 2
C = C2 - C5
D = B3
E = A5 - B5

V = B2 - D4
W = C1
X = D2 - A4
Y = D1
Z = A1 + D5
