A simple find in bushland near a busy intersection
You will find that the co-ordinates lead you to a place marking a significant event in the history of the city. In the mid 1800s an important purchase ocurred. In keeping with the historical nature of the site imperial measurements are used for the final directions. If you walk NW a distance equal to 20% of the purchase price in yards you will be 7 yards short of the cache. Take careful note of the scene as you cross the intersection. You can later read some interesting history in front cover of the cache logbook. NOTE, there is NO need to enter the creek or walk through the natural bush but the actual path to cache is now becoming overgrown plus some fallen trees. Car parking is limited with the nearest places being in Gwynne St and Rosaline St. At dusk or early morning you might just see Mr "Vulpes" at his nearby underground residence.
