Located within earshot of the K-W Humane Society. You should be able to easily hear the dogs in the pens that are awaiting examination before being placed up for adoption, hence the name.
You can park at (N43.28.370 W80.28.445) and go across the bridge and up the hill. Stay on the main trail.
The cache is a small/medium sized lock&lock. It is on the ground.
Due to difficulties with the cache, likely owing to tree cover, the hint is very detailed and almost letterboxish.
