I Can See for Miles Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Argus2: A short while ago there seemed to be some activity to further develop this area. It's gone missing a couple of times due to heavy equipment doing some cleanup. Archiving this one to free it up for other cachers. Great view area though.

Geocache Description:

I've always enjoyed the view along here. This scenery was the best part of my drive during the 16 years of daily trips between Moncton and Sackville a few years ago. It's a great view of the valley on a clear day and can be quite spectacular at sunset.
To the left you can see the mouth of the Chignecto Basin towards the Bay of Fundy as well as the majestic Shepody Mountain near Hopewell Cape.
If you're coming from Moncton, take exit 488 (east Memramcook) on to the East Memramcook Road. Go back the same way for the (Moncton) on-ramp. If you're coming from Sackville take exit 488 (Pont Rouge Road) and turn right onto East Memramcook Road. Retrace your steps to go back to Sackville. Don't do this cache from the highway.
Park at the top of the dirt road and enjoy the 300 meter (4 minute) walk down to the cache. Driving down this ATV trail/access road may be hazardous to your vehicle's health.
As you approach the cache, take a little caution with small children and dogs as the 4 lane highway is near, just ahead and below you. You will need to keep an eye on little wanderers.
The cache is an ammo can with logbook and goodies. Not really winter friendly.
