The old imperial estate at
Kolomenskoe is one of the most picturesque and enjoyable of
Moscow's out of town attractions and is an absolute must see for
those with an extra day to spare in the Russian capital.
To get a cache, I recommend you to walk from subway station
"Kashirskaya" to subway station "Kolomenskoe" (it's a green line of
Moscow' subway). This tour takes about one hour of walking along a
Moscow river, thru an apple garden with a great churches and
historical palaces on your way.
