Greetings,

It has been a while since I first looked at this cache. I can't find any recent responses about maintaining this cache so for the time being it will be archived and removed from the active cache listings. We are no longer leaving caches stay disabled for extended periods of time.

Groundspeak and the geocaching community appreciate your contributions to geocaching and I hope to see this cache back in operation soon.

If you can get it back up and running in the next week or so contact me to get it re-listed. Otherwise plan to move it slightly and set up a new cache page.

[green]Most problems can be solved with good communication so reply back to the reviewer and we will do everything possible within the guidelines to get your cache published. It is best to give me as much information as possible instead of saying nothing at all. This will speed up the process and we can get your cache published. [/green]

Geocache Description:

Small, regular cache hidden at local "Post".

The general idea of placing or finding a cache is to answer "Why should I be here?"

The simple answers: "It's a good place to be." and...

Owensville needed a kind of "gimme" cache -- one for the numbers that won't continue to disappear (please don't make me use the word .. "muggled".. This is the perfect place for that.

If you're lucky, there may be a BBQ; if it's Friday evening there's definitely bingo (say hi to the Kyd's grandma and grandpa); Wednesday afternoon there are a few good stories, card playing and pool. . During the day you might catch Kyd's Mamaw and other members packing up care packages for local soldiers serving overseas(donations gladly accepted inside the door!).

Owensville is home to many philanthropic organizations: fraternal, religious, corporate. This is one that is important not only to our immediate family, but the local and national "family" as well.
This specific post of the national organization is preparing to celebrate 60 years of local service to the Owensville Community!

Be discreet when searching. A lone car in the parking lot would not be that unusual. Should be an easy find. Hiding spots are limited so the container is a bit on the small side.

Terrain is wheel chair accessible. Cache may need some assistance with retrieval.
