Tygress: I was all excited
The cache I'd just rebuilt
And off we went to reset it
(That it took so long -- my guilt)
But, alack! some lot resetting
Had been done whilst we were away --
Leaving this poor cache
No place to hide away!!!!

They've reset the bumpers -- all the rebar has been redriven and, well, stuck fast.
We contemplated another spot -- but not at the ENTRANCE to a busy store. And to move away from the door takes us inside the 1/10th with a Mrs. HiDude cache.
Dang! I'm sorry, Bob.
The IDEA will live on -- after all, I have this cache to place! But this one. Sadly. RIP.

A micro, smaller than a Film Canister in a parking lot.

You are looking for a micro. It is small. It is not in the usual places. It is handicapped accessible. Given the proximity of buildings your GPSr may be a little off/jumpy. Mine was.
