The former one way street (W to E) was named after the governor's wife's maiden name. This street was only a block long and now has been closed off on the east end to make a parking lot. You can park in this lot or at nearby establishments.
This site was built in 1912. The building has and continues to undergo renovations and in 2007, opened up as a business.
