I don’t know why I like this game so much.. I am completely directionally challenged. I found the perfect spot for the cache and when I looked in my gps, I realized this would be about 15 feet to close to Whoo Goes There. I did not know that it was that close as I had used a new trail. Well that might be why I like this game.. The GPS tells me which way to go!
This cache was started with rocks…and a duckie TB. The cache container is a lock-n-lock container well camoed. Although I am sure you can come up with much prettier rocks to exchange!
The dilemma! Well in its current location, I could not get signal lock. After about 20 minutes I took down the best cords I could get.. with 30 ft accuracy. So your challenge is to find it anyway.. And if you can get a better lock.. give me new cords.
In the mean time.. you might want to use the hints. 
The cache is down an old road which is now a snowmobile trail.
