This cache is located in a small park... officially a commons. It came into existence in 1995. A dime store, which suspiciously burned, used to be on this site.
If you look around you will find the significance of the cache name. Have a seat and watch the traffic go by. However there is much less now since the new bridge is complete. You won't have to feel as conspicuous now.
In the evening, your nose will be enticed by the few
eateries nearby.
