Simple cache about half an hours walk from road.
Located next to the River Wey. A good circular walk can be had incorporating the Wey Navigation canal via Coxes and New Haw Lock. Have been running in this area for years and seen on occasion foxes, rabbits, herons, green woodpeckers, jays and my first kingfisher. Parking at New Haw Lock (N51.21.396 W000.29.139)
Note :- A circular route does entail crossing a railway line via two stiles so may not be suitable for bikes/pushchairs.
