Geocache Description:

This cache is located at the intersection of the Presque Isle Loop and Rotary III Loop at the Nordic Heritage Center.

This cache is located just off the Rotary III Loop very near the interestion with the Presque Isle Loop at the Nordic Heritage Center. During ski events this section is often used for competitions. If you were racing you would be just finishing a sharp right-hand downhill turn and then have to make a 180 degree turn that is steeply down hill and to the left. There have been several occasions where racers trying to make the icy corner have made a quick visit to the woods. The woods here are an open hardwood ridge side, not much of a place to be skiing during a race but a great place to watch. Once you have found the cache please sign the log and return it for other to find. Please take the time to enjoy the forest, any direction you go you will hit a trail in the spot.
