I've hidden my very first cache in beautiful Makaha Valley. There are two golf courses, a restaurant and a sacred heiau nearby(Heiau open Tues-Sat, 10a-2pm). The valley is lush with goats in the higher regions and peacocks wander through out the lower parts.
Cache Location: Travel up Makaha Valley Road and it'll be somewhere between the country club and the resort. With the mountains, GPSr accuracy was about 20 feet.
