Cordinates are for parking, 4/5 mile nature trail
Located in the Barr Hill Nature Preserve in Greensboro, VT. A great spot for hike and scenic views. Good for Geo-kids. Co-ordinates are for 3 season parking only. Access after snow flies is by snowshoe or cross country ski. (No snow machines allowed.)
Follow and please stay on nature trail. Trail head has maps. Please no bushwhacking. Go to section “F”, follow spur to end, look behind “End of Spur” sign for cache final co-ordinates.
At old section “G” check your GPS elevation accuracy with USGS Bench Mark (2,120 ft above sea level.)
Cache is an ammo box. FTF prize is a pin magnet and $10.00 gift certificate to Willey’s Store.
Also contains, log book and pen, pencil, Travel Bug, Team NAB coin , sleeve of golf balls.
Keep your eyes peeled for views of Caspian Lake, Long Pond, and numerous surrounding mountains of VT and NH.
Stay on trails, respect the environment, and watch for muggles.
